The ILB e.V. - Intiative for learning and talent development is a non-profit organization which is active in Karlsruhe, Germany with its mission of providing assistance and support for children and adolescents.

We occasionally work on the following points:

·         Learning and talent development of children and adolescents.

·         Enhancing and promoting intellectual and social abilities.

·         Raising public awareness of our subject matter and cooperation with other institutions.

·         Information centre for parents, pedagogues and other interested parties.

·         Implementation of extracurricular SEM model enrichment in kindergartens and schools.
